Collaborative Intensives
Perfect for when you have an urgent deadline, but are feeling burned out or overwhelmed.
(or, you just work better in big chunks of time)
Intensives are a hybrid service of both my “done for you” design and my collaborative 1:1 services.
We’ll start with a storyboarding/scripting interview.
This is where we’ll do a deep dive to find the best story and framing for your presentation. This also helps me get a better grasp on your research, data, or anything else I need to know so I can work fast during the intensive.
Then, we do the intensive and work together for a half day or full day. See the itinerary below for details on how each option works.
Half-Day Itinerary
All times are in US Central Time (I’m in Chicago)

See a case study: Dr. Tehout Selameab’s Dissertation Intensive
Dr. Selameab was burned out and had a lot on her plate, but she needed to get her dissertation done, fast.
We did a full-day intensive. Check out what we accomplished in just one day.
We were able to accomplish this much because:
She had previously taken my online professional development course and we did not have to spend any time on training.
She had an excellent script that needed almost no work at all — it was full of the key takeways, and told an engaging story from start to finish.
She already had some visuals from her dissertation that we could use.
My goal is to do as much of the heavy lifting as possible…
…and to get you as far as I possibly can in our time together.
And there are some things you can do to help make sure we make the most of our time together:
Please choose a block of time where you will have no distractions or overlapping commitments.
If you have time, and haven’t done so yet, consider at least taking the first course in my program because it covers a LOT of common questions/hesitations people have.
Please please be in a quiet location during our Zoom sessions, with no background noise.
Also, please wear headphones when we’re on Zoom together.
