Each trainee will get the entire program + they get to decide when to activate their individual license.

Each trainee who enrolls will get limited-time access to the following:

  • Access to the group live sessions held while they’re actively enrolled (about once per quarter, depending on my availability)

You choose how long trainees will access to the program, once they activate their license.

Their access period begins the day they activate their license (not the day you purchase these licenses)

Intense pace through the program (most people take 8-10 months to complete the program)

12 months of access to the program

The 12 month license means:

Flexible pace through the program (most people take 8-10 months to complete the program)

3-4 live sessions during their enrollment

Perks of group licenses & FAQs

Perks of a group license package:

  • License codes are valid for 1 year. For that year, they will cover 100% of the program cost, even if the price of the program increases.

  • A credit is provided if there are any unused licenses after 1 year.

  • Each trainee gets to choose their own start date (i.e., when to activate their license), and they even get their own account/login.

  • The group owner gets an admin dashboard so it’s easy to manage licenses!

FAQs:

  • Once you purchase the licenses, the licenses are valid for 12 months.

    That means each trainee will have up to 12 months to activate their license.

    Example use case: Clients find this helpful because sometimes they have the budget to, say, purchase 10 licenses…but only have a group of 5 ready to start the program at the time of purchase. So, they might activate 5 licenses right away. The remaining 5 licenses then get started over the rest of the year as new team members join (or as new people express interest in enrolling).

    Once a trainee activates their license, they will have either 6 months or 12 months to access the program materials, depending on which access length you chose at the time of purchase.

  • The group owner will get a “share link” from their admin dashboard, and can share that with trainees.

  • We offer a one-time credit refill for any unused licenses after 12 months.

    The amount of your credit will be the equivalent of what each license cost at the time of purchase.

    For example: If you purchased 10 licenses for $5,000 then that means it was $500 per person at the time of purchase. If you have 1 unused license after 1 year, then you will receive a credit of $500 for 1 license. If the program costs $600, then they would only have to pay $100 to enroll.

  • Group owners will have an admin dashboard that provides the following information about trainee activity:

    • The names of trainees who have enrolled

    • The date they enrolled

    • Their last login date

    • Whether their enrollment is active or expired

    For an additional fee, group owners can be upgraded to group analysts, which would provide more detailed information regarding student progress, included which courses have been completed.

  • You can do this easily through your group owner admin dashboard.

    The price of additional licenses will be whatever the current cost of the program is, at the time of adding more licenses.

  • During the checkout process, you will be asked if you want to enroll (and take a license) or not.
