Academic Job Talks

I am currently writing a book about how to create a competitive academic job talk (and teaching demo tips). If you’d like to be considered as a beta reader when it’s at that stage, please indicate your interest here —>

The ideal beta reader is someone who fits one of the following:

• Will be applying for academic positions in Summer/Fall 2026 and who wants to start working on their job talk this summer.

• Chairs, mentors, anyone who currently helps graduate students with their job talks.

• Recently went through the academic job market and wants to help others navigate the same process.
